The Badgers were ranked #7 last week, and while their ranking might look odd in the face of those losses they were at the hands of #4 Louisville, #7 Texas, and #5 Stanford. Not horrible losses, and props to Wisconsin for scheduling aggressively, but they returned all their starters from last year’s Final Four team and I would have thought that they might have a better showing than the 3-1 losses in each of those games.
