We now examine Michigan State University women’s sports. The Spartans have women’s teams that Oregon does not have: gymnastics, rowing, and field hockey. They do not have a lacrosse team, so we will be looking at soccer, softball, volleyball, and basketball.

Head coach Jeff Hosler enters his fourth season leading the Spartans. In the previous two seasons, Michigan State has been first or tied for first in the B1G standings.
