EUGENE, Ore. — Verone McKinley III is the Pac-12 defensive player of the week and T.J. Bass is the conference's offensive lineman of the week following Oregon's 48-7 win over Stony Brook, the league office announced on Monday.
McKinley is the conference's defensive player of the week after being named the Bronko Nagurski national defensive player of the week following Oregon's win at Ohio State. Bass is the second Oregon O-lineman in as many weeks to earn the league honor; since the conference started the offensive lineman of the week award in 2019, a Duck has won it 12 out of 24 times.
