Oregon corralled its seventh Pac-12 series win on Saturday as the Ducks took down Washington 5-3.
The first inning was dominated by pitching on both sides, as each team retired the first three hitters. But with the bases loaded for Oregon in the second inning, a sacrifice fly by Bryce Boettcher earned the first run of the day. The Ducks followed that up with a double from Carter Garate that gave them a two run lead.
Oregon pitcher Kevin Seitter unfortunately gave up two consecutive singles in the bottom of the second to put runners on first and third, and then surrendered a double that tied the game, and another double that gave the Huskies the lead.
