SAN FRANCISCO – Owen Avrit was named to the men's golf all-Pac-12 second team, while three other Ducks earned honorable mention laurels on the conference's end-of-season awards announced Wednesday.
Yuki Moriyama and Nate Stember were named all-Pac-12 honorable mention, while Greyson Leach was an all-Freshman honorable mention selection.
Avrit a junior from Arroyo Grande, Calif., leads the Ducks with a 71.50 stroke average. He has four top-10 finishes and six top-20 finishes in 2021-22. Avrit tied for 10th at the Pac-12 Championships at (plus-2). Earlier this spring, he had three-top 20 finishes in a row – tied for ninth at The Prestige (plus-6), tied for sixth at the Bandon Dunes Championship (even) and tied for 13th at the Duck Invitational (plus-4).
