Coach Mario Cristobal has added another excellent recruit to his 2021 class in four-star cornerback Avante Dickerson who committed to the Ducks on National Signing Day.
Dickerson was one of four top 50 ESPN recruits left on the board in February and joins an Oregon class that was ranked No. 6 before his commitment.
The 6-foot, 170-pound prospect was committed to the Minnesota Gophers as recently as Jan 24—where he was the program’s highest-ranked commit in program history—but after his decision to reopen his recruitment it came down to the Gophers, Scott Frost’s Nebraska, and the Ducks.
