EUGENE -- Adam Stack played in all 13 games as a true freshman at Oregon, but apparently that wasn't enough for the now sophomore.
Stack, a kicker from Honolulu, was the Ducks' punter in 2017. He had 62 punts, averaging 38.4 yards per kick, and was a very visual member of the Oregon squad during the team's midseason offensive lull.
But Stack came to Oregon ranked as one of the nation's top punting and place kicking recruits. And last year, Stack didn't attempt a single field goal. That comes with the territory of being a freshman on the same team with four-year starter Aidan Schneider, who completed his career in December as one of the best kickers in Oregon history.
