Jillian Alleyne has made the first cut for the Naismith Award, given yearly to the top player in NCAA women's basketball.
The senior is on the midseason top-30 list, one of five from the Pac-12 to make the cut.
Alleyne has already cemeted her legacy as the greatest rebounder in Pac-12 history. The forward owns the Oregon and Pac-12 single-game, single-season and career records for rebounds plus the single-season and career records for double-doubles.
Alleyne currently ranks fourth all-time in NCAA women's basketball history with 1,653 career rebounds and needs just 10 more to jump former Mississippi Valley great Patricia Hoskins for third all-time.
