EUGENE, Ore. — For the second time in three days the Oregon women's basketball team knocked off a 2021 Final Four team Monday, as the Ducks followed up a dramatic overtime win over No. 7 Arizona by blowing out No. 9 Connecticut in Matthew Knight Arena, 72-59.
After allowing a 10-0 run by the Huskies to open the game, it was all Oregon. The Ducks used an 18-0 run from late in the first quarter to early into the second to go up 26-14, and they ultimately led by as much as 24, at 67-43 early in the fourth.
