Nine Oregon Ducks and four Oregon State players earned Pac-12 softball all-conference honors Monday.
UO freshman pitcher Maggie Balint and sophomore pitcher Megan Kleist joined senior infielders Danica Mercado and Nikki Udria on the 20-player first-team.
Oregon sophomore infielder Alexis Mack and Oregon State junior infielder Alysha Everett earned second-team distinction. The third team included freshman infielder Mia Camuso and junior catcher Gwen Svekis for the Ducks and junior shortstop McKenna Arriola, senior pitcher Taylor Cotton and senior infielder Natalie Hampton for the Beavers.
The 10-player all-defense team featured Oregon's Udria, while the freshman-laden Ducks landed four on the all-frosh team -- Balint, Camuso, infielder Shannon Rhodes and pitcher Miranda Elish.
