Troy Dye was the 132nd overall pick in the 2020 NFL Draft. Many were expecting him to find a spot on the second day, but after injuries, he played through in the final few games with Oregon last season came to light, he dropped to the Minnesota Vikings.
Of all the players taken, outside of Herbert, he is the one player that has the best chance to succeed. Dye will put in the work. He left Oregon as the leading tackler on the team in all four seasons in Eugene.
Add to that, his roommate with the Ducks is with Minnesota.
