Updates from the Olympic Trials at Hayward Field
The 2016 Olympic Trials for Track and Field continue at Hayward Field. Day Nine begins with the Heptathalon. There are no participants for Oregon in this years event for the ladies. The big stories from Friday were the Semi Finals of the Women’s 200 Meters and the Men’s 110 Meter Hurdles. Three with ties to Oregon made the Semifinal in the 200 and Devon Allen made the Semi Final in the 110 Meter Hurdles.
Along with the 1500 Meter Final on Sunday which will have six former Oregon Ducks participating for the chance to go to Rio and the Olympics.
