The Oregon State Beavers and Oregon Ducks' "Civil War" is one of the most passionate regional college football rivalries in all of the nation.
However, Oregon State showed on Sunday morning that the "Civil" in "Civil War" stands for civility, taking out a full-page ad in The Oregonian to congratulate Marcus Mariota on winning the 2014 Heisman Trophy award.
