The Americans made some strides Friday after a fairly woeful Thursday, but it’s going to take a big move for Fowler, Bubba Watson, Matt Kuchar, or Patrick Reed to challenge Fraser, Henrik Stenson or any of the bunch contending for gold at the top of the leaderboard.
