Noah Lyles isn't letting his close call in the 100 meters impact his confidence.
The United States track star said he plans on adding a second gold to his Paris Olympics experience in the upcoming 200-meter sprint.
Lyles defeated Jamaica's Kishane Thompson by five-thousandths of a second in the 100-meter dash over the weekend, earning his first career gold medal. The 27-year-old previously won bronze in the 200-meter race at the 2020 Olympics in Tokyo.
