Diana Taurasi will be going for a sixth and final Olympic gold medal during the Paris Games.
"It's definitely it for USA Basketball," she told ESPN. "I'm 42. Six Olympics. It's just been such an honor to put that jersey on every single time."
Taurasi is arguably the greatest women's basketball player in the history of the sport and counts five Olympic gold medals on her illustrious resume. She helped the Americans bring home gold in the Games in 2004 (Athens), 2008 (Beijing), 2012 (London), 2016 (Rio de Janeiro) and 2021 (Tokyo).
