The full U.S. Olympic equestrian team has been announced, including three gold medalists, bringing the entire U.S. Olympic roster to more than 300 athletes.
The dressage and show jumping teams were named this week. The eventing team was previously named.
Of the 12 riders, Phillip Dutton (eventing) and Beezie Madden and McLain Ward (show jumping) own Olympic team gold medals.
In London, the U.S. earned zero equestrian medals at an Olympics for the first time since 1956 (excluding the boycotted 1980 Moscow Games).
