Anderson Silva, 40, who is considered one of the best fighters in the history of mixed martial arts, will fight for a spot on the Brazilian taekwondo team at the 2016 Olympics. The president of the Brazilian taekwondo federation, Carlos Fernandes, said Silva would not be helped by his Ultimate Fighting Championship stardom.
