See you in Beijing? Lindsey Vonn already being encouraged to ski through 2022 Olympics

No sooner had Lindsey Vonn finished what is likely her last Olympic race than Pyeongchang downhill champion Sofia Goggia began urging the American to keep going for four more years. Vonn and the Italian are rivals, but they’ve become good friends, too.

“It means a lot to me that she enjoys racing with me as much as I enjoy racing with her. I respect her very much,” Vonn said Friday. “I told her, if I can, if I physically could continue for four years, then I probably would.

“But four years is a really long time.”
