Oscar Pistorius’ sentencing delayed

Oscar Pistorius‘ murder sentencing is set for June 13-17, according to South African media.

An April 18 sentencing date was original set in December, but now Pistorius will make a brief appearance in court in three weeks, when the sentencing postponement to June will be announced, according to South African media.

Pistorius, who shot and killed girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp on Valentine’s Day 2013, had his appeal denied on March 3.

He was originally found guilty of a lesser charge, culpable homicide, on Sept. 12, 2014, but that was overturned by an appeals court on Dec.
