Kenya's Faith Kipyegon made Summer Olympics history in two ways in the women's 1,500 meters on Saturday.
Kipyegon won her third straight gold medal in the event, a milestone that has never happened in Olympics history.
The Kenyan broke her own Olympic record in the process as she finished well ahead of Australia's Jessica Hull and Great Britain's Georgia Bell.
