Two days after winning the women's gymnastics team all-around title, Simone Biles and Aly Raisman will attempt to earn medals in the individual all-around on Thursday at 3 p.m. ET.
Biles, who is widely considered the best gymnast in the world, is the favorite heading into the event. She is trying to not only win the all-around, but take first in a few event-specific competitions as well.
Raisman edged out 2012 gold medalist Gabby Douglas for the second American spot in the all-around during Sunday's qualification session. Raisman will also be a contender for a medal on Thursday.
