GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (AP) — Four-time Olympic gold medalist Simone Biles is ready to tell the full story behind her rise from prodigy to champion.
Biles, who won five medals overall at the 2016 Olympics, will release her autobiography "Courage to Soar" on Nov. 15. The book will reveal "how challenges in her childhood have shaped her into the young woman and role model she is today. She shares the ups and downs of her life, insights into her positive mental approach, and her inspiring journey to the pinnacle of her sport."
The 19-year-old Biles is one of the most decorated American female gymnasts of all time, with 14 world championship medals to go along with her haul in Rio.
