Noah Lyles Out for 4x100m Relay, Remainder of 2024 Olympics After COVID Diagnosis

After testing positive for COVID-19, Noah Lyles' run in the Paris Olympics has officially come to an end.

Lyles, who was scheduled to compete in the 4x100 relay for Team USA on Friday, announced on social media that he would sit out the remainder of the Paris Olympics due to his diagnosis.
