SYDNEY (AP) — Australian cycling star Anna Meares says she's in the best shape ever as she prepares for her fourth Olympic Games in Rio de Janiero.
Meares, who was named Tuesday among a 25-strong Australia cycling team, will become only the third female cyclist to compete at four Olympics.
"All the training and preparation has actually been going very well. I am in the best physical shape that I have ever been," she said.
The 32-year-old Meares, who won gold medals at the 2004 and 2012 Olympics, will compete in the individual sprint, team sprint and kierin.
