All three “Dancing With the Stars” judges held up “10’s” after Laurie Hernandez performed to Michael Jackson’s “The Way You Make Me Feel” on Monday with partner Val Chmerkovskiy.
It was the first perfect score on season 23 of “Dancing With the Stars.”

Olympic swimmer Ryan Lochte earned a score of 22 out of 30. It was the third-lowest score out of 11 competitors.
