Katie Ledecky is becoming a veteran of TODAY appearances. Her latest was Thursday, when the Olympic champion swimmer reminisced about her first time on the set — way back in 1998, when she was 16 months old and an audience member.
TODAY dug up the footage. Sure enough, there’s Ledecky with a sideways cap next to Al Roker.
Ledecky bagged five gold medals in five races at the World Swimming Championships earlier this month, earning Female Swimmer of the Meet honors.
