Bode Miller provides update on possibility of comeback

Bode Miller reportedly said last week he doesn’t know how he could possibly make an Alpine skiing comeback, which is a bit of a change from his comments last year.

Miller, the U.S.’ most decorated skier of all time with six Olympic medals, hasn’t competed since crashing and severing his right hamstring tendon at the February 2015 World Championships but has not retired.

Miller provided a status update during a media tour last week for a skiwear brand, according to Women’s Wear Daily.

“We haven’t really addressed [a comeback], but it’s not at the top of the priority list,” Miller, a 38-year-old with six Olympic medals, was quoted saying when asked if expected to compete again.
