Well, let’s clarify: they can play the game in a sense, as there’s a map of Brazil, but they cannot actually find any Pokemon.
Fortunately for players like New Zealand women’s soccer player Anna Green, the alternative is a pretty simple decision.
“I wish I could run around in the (athletes’) village catching Pokemon,” Football Ferns player Anna Green said “I just can’t get it on the phone.
