Lance Armstrong recently testified that he's a changed man who has been traveling the world to apologize to people for his "dishonorable" behavior.
"I'm thankful and grateful that most of them … almost all of them have accepted the apology," Armstrong said under questioning last month from the U.S. Justice Department. "So, no, I do not conduct myself that way anymore, but, you know, it took this to teach me that lesson."
But the federal government isn't buying it and now is asking a federal judge to force the former cyclist to answer more questions related to his current credibility, or lack thereof.
