FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. (AP) — Four former and current Arkansas swimmers have qualified for the U.S. Olympic team trials.
The school announced Saturday that it will be represented by junior Jessie Garrison, sophomore Madison Strathman and two-time All-American and former Razorback Nikki Daniels.
Anna Mayfield, who graduated in the spring, qualified for the 400-meter freestyle but won't compete.
Team trials begin Sunday and continue through July 3 at the CenturyLink Center in Omaha, Nebraska.
Garrison is slated to swim the most events because she's a qualifier in the 200-meter butterfly as well as the 400- and 200-meter individual medley.
