CHAPEL HILL, N.C. – The Old Dominion women's tennis team (1-1) took down Notre Dame (2-2) by a 4-2 score on Saturday morning at the Cone-Kenfield Tennis Center on the campus of North Carolina, as part of the 2021 ITA Kickoff Weekend.
After dropping the doubles point, the Monarchs roared back picking up victories in singles from No. 40 Holly Hutchinson (6-3, 6-1), Tatsiana Sasnouskaya (6-4, 7-5), Alesya Yakubovich (3-6, 7-6 (7-2), 6-4) and Alexandra Viktorovich (7-5, 4-6, 6-3). Hutchinson's win came over No. 109 nationally ranked Cameron Corse.
