MIAMI, Fla. – The Old Dominion (15-3, 5-1 C-USA) women's basketball team routed FIU, 66-39 on the road to record its fourth-straight win. Reigning C-USA Player of the Week, led the team in scoring, recording 14 points and adding six rebounds.
"This is a good overall win. I think defensively we were good, we played many different lineups, including having our bigs in there," said head coach Nikki McCray. "The fourth quarter we only scored eight points, but we had lineups in there that don't typically play together."
In the first quarter, senior scored the first six points for the Monarchs, which led to their 10-0 scoring run to open the contest.
