IRVING, TEXAS – Old Dominion University football placed a program high three players on the prestigious National Football Foundation Hampshire Honor society, including Josh Marriner, Bunmi Rotimi and Rob Thompson. The honor society is comprised of college football players from all divisions of play who each maintained a cumulative 3.2 GPA or better throughout their college career.
Marriner graduated with a degree in communications from UConn and transferred to ODU for his final two seasons. In 2017, he played in all 12 games and was a significant contributor on special teams, notching five tackles. He graduated with a 3.
