ATLANTA, Ga. - Former Old Dominion swimmer Filip Svedberg was named to the Coastal Collegiate Sports Association (CCSA) All-Decade Team, the CCSA announced on Monday.
A native of Sweden, Svedberg won the CCSA Championship in the 100 butterfly three times, including this past season. He won the 100 fly this season with an NCAA B-Cut time of 47.65.
To be named to the All-Decade Team individuals must have competed for at least two years in the decade as an CCSA student-athlete. Exceptions made for NCAA All-Americans. Individuals that obtained one of the following criteria were named to the team; three First Team All-Conference selections in a single event, five total First Team All-Conference selections (including relays), multiple Superlative Award winner, NCAA Championship individual participant.
