DALLAS - Old Dominion University freshman swimmer Summer Miln was named the Conference USA Swimmer of the Week, C-USA announced on Wednesday.
A native of Auckland, New Zealand, Miln helped Old Dominion with big wins last weekend in a dual meet against VMI and North Florida. She won the 50 freestyle with a time of 24.16 and the 100 freestyle with a mark of 52.71. Miln was also the final leg of ODU's winning 400 medley relay team that had a time of 3:56.96.
Miln is the second Monarch this week to earn swimmer of the week honors, as Parker Harp was named the CCSA Swimmer of the Week on Tuesday.
