JOHNS ISLAND, S.C. – The No. 44 Old Dominion women's golf team currently sits in third place at the Briar's Creek Invitational through over 31 holes of play. The Monarchs sit ahead of six nationally ranked opponents.
"It's hard to adequately describe how difficult the conditions were today. We've seen some tough winds this semester but today was by far the hardest," ODU head coach Mallory Hetzel said, "Briar's Creek is a strong test of golf and it took everything we had to fight to the finish. It's great to see us moving in the right direction.
