Old Dominion's Ali Wahab was named MAC Wrestler of the Week after a 2-0 weekend that included a match-clinching victory.
Wahab, a sophomore from Dearborn, Mich., won 9-0 at heavyweight Sunday to secure the Monarchs' 24-17 win over Duke. He also scored a 2-1 decision in the Monarchs' win over Southern Illinois- Edwardsville on Friday.
