The Old Dominion wrestling team dropped a pair of dual meets Sunday at the Constant Center, losing to 19-12 to Eastern Michigan in the Mid-American Conference and 19-18 to American in a non-conference match.
Alexander Richardson (149 pounds), Jack Dechow (184) and Oscar Smith graduate Seldon Wright (165) each went 2-0 for the Monarchs.
Cox grad Brandon Jeske (125) earned a win against Eastern Michigan, and Josh Markham (133), Brooks Climmons (174) and Austin Coburn (285) recorded victories against American for the Monarchs.
Although ODU won six of 10 bouts against American, the Eagles had two pins and a major decision to prevail.
