Old Dominion will be sending three men – Brandon Jeske, Chris Mecate and Jack Dechow – to the NCAA Division I Wrestling Championships this week at Madison Square Garden in New York.
For Mecate and Dechow, a second All-American classification is among the goals, while Jeske is looking for his first top-eight finish.
The NCAA Championships start Thursday with the first two rounds.
Jeske is wrestling in his third national meet, having qualified by finishing fourth at the MAC tournament in early March. The junior from Cox High in Virginia Beach is 18-11 in the 125-pound bracket.
