NORFOLK, Va. -- Old Dominion and Marshall are set to square off at Appalachian Power Park in Charleston, W. Va. for the final Confernece USA series of the season. The Monarchs hold a 6-4 overall record against Marshall and will look to avenge a series loss to the Thundering Herd at the Bud last season.
Old Dominion (31-20, 14-13 C-USA) enters the matchup fresh off its third straight series win with a 6-2 victory over Middle Tennessee on Sunday. With the series win, the Monarchs solidified their spot in the 2016 Conference USA Baseball Tournament in Hattiesburg, Miss.
