NORFOLK, Va. – Old Dominion University athletics had four teams receive recognition by finishing in the top-10 percent in the NCAA Division I Academic Progress Rates (APR). The men's swimming and diving, men's tennis, women's tennis and women's golf teams earned the honor.
The APR is an annual scorecard of academic achievement calculated for all Division I sports teams.
This is the second-straight season the women's golf and women's tennis squads received the honor.
"To have four of our teams finish in the top-10 percent of their sport in the APR is a great accomplishment.
