Merle Knobloch and Rebecca Birch each scored a goal in the second half to help No. 21 Old Dominion rally past Richmond 2-1 in field hockey on Friday at Crenshaw Field.
The Monarchs have won five straight to open the season. They outshot the Spiders 19-2.
Olivia Hubert scored Richmond’s lone goal.
ODU will visit No. 8 Virginia at 1 p.m. Sunday.
