NORFOLK, Va. – Old Dominion University swimmer Noah Wilkins was named to the CoSIDA Academic All-District men's at-large team, CoSIDA announced today. To be nominated, a student-athlete must be a starter or important reserve with at least a 3.30 cumulative grade point average (on a 4.0 scale) at his/her current institution. The men's at-large sports include fencing, golf, gymnastics, ice hockey, lacrosse, rifle, skiing, tennis, volleyball, water polo and wrestling.
A native of New Orleans, Wilkins graduated with a 3.99 GPA in nuclear medicine technology. He was named the Coastal Collegiate Sports Association (CCSA) Scholar-Athlete of the Year after winning the 100 freestyle with a time of 44.
