HUNTINGTON, Va. – The No. 68 Old Dominion women's tennis team (12-7) lost its final match of the regular season to Conference USA foe Marshall (10-10) by a 5-2 score on Saturday at the Fox Tennis Center.
Junior Ingrid Vojcinakova kept up her impressive play for the Lady Tennis Monarchs, as she proved to be too much for Marshall’s Marija Bogicevic (6-2, 6-2). Vojcinakova has now won seven straight and 12 for her last 13 singles matches.
Also victorious for Old Dominion on Saturday in Huntington, was true freshman Nataliya Vlasova in the No. 3 slot, as she got the better of Marshall’s Maddie Silver in straight sets (6-4, 6-2).
