PHILADELPHIA, Pa. – The No. 57 Old Dominion women’s tennis team (1-3) fell to Penn (1-2) by a 4-1 score on Saturday afternoon, in what was the Quakers home opener of the 2016 season.
Nataliya Vlasova picked up Old Dominion’s lone victory in singles on Court No. 2, as she made quick work of Penn’s Ria Vaidya in straight sets (6-3, 6-4).
Old Dominion will be right back in action tomorrow, when the Lady Tennis Monarchs battle Temple 10:00 a.m. EST.
