NEW ORLEANS, La. - The No. 29 nationally ranked Old Dominion women's tennis team improved to 9-2 on the season after taking down Tulane (6-7) by a 6-1 score on Sunday afternoon at the City Park Tennis Center. The Tennis Monarchs have now five of its last six matches.
"I felt we had a gutsy performance today," ODU head coach said. "The conditions were quite adverse because of the wind, but we handled it well. We are excited to be heading back to Norfolk this evening."
