NORFOLK, Va. – The Old Dominion men's tennis team (8-7) won its fourth consecutive match after taking down Temple (3-1) by a 6-1 score at the Folkes-Stevens Tennis Center on Sunday afternoon. During ODU's four match win streak, the Monarchs have outscored their opponents 19-4. The loss was the first for Temple this season.
"I'm very happy with the way we found ways to win some close and ugly sets today," said ODU head coach Dominik Mueller. "That's a good sign moving forward."
The Tennis Monarchs have now claimed victory in eight of their last 10 matches.
