HAMPTON, Va. -- Brandon Jeske earned three wins via tech fall as the Monarchs went 2-1 on the first day of the 36th Virginia Duals at the Hampton Coliseum. Old Dominion, now 4-4 on the season, defeated Campbell and Rider but fell to Arizona State.
The Monarchs opened the day with a 28-16 victory over Campbell. After jumping out to an early lead via a technical fall at 125 pounds from Brandon Jeske, ODU reeled off five consecutive wins including a fall from Alexander Richardson at 149 and major decisions from Devin Geoghegan and Brooks Climmons at 157 and 174, respectively.
