SAN ANTONIO — Will Morgan broke a 4-all tie with a two-out, three-run double in the seventh inning Sunday, and Old Dominion held on for a 10-6 victory over Texas-San Antonio to clinch the Conference USA baseball series at Roadrunner Field.
Vinnie Pasquantino added a two-run homer, his team-leading sixth of the year, as the Monarchs (21-14, 5-10) won their second straight series.
Andy Garriola batted 2 for 5 with a double, triple and three runs scored Bryce Windham also had two hits.
Trey Fisher closed with two perfect innings for his third save and Connor Muly (1-0) earned the win in relief.
